2. AI Limitations

Interviews are conducted by an AI system powered by third-party technology (Tavus for video patient/interviewer rendering, Anthropic for transcript analysis and structured feedback). AI-generated questions, responses, and feedback may be imperfect, incomplete, inconsistent, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances. The AI is not a licensed admissions consultant, medical educator, or professional coach. You should supplement this tool with guidance from qualified advisors.

3. Not Medical or Professional Advice

Although this platform covers topics related to medicine and healthcare, nothing on WhiteCoat Prep constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or professional recommendations of any kind. Do not rely on any content generated here for health or clinical decision-making.

4. Data & Privacy

By using WhiteCoat Prep, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Your interview sessions, including video recordings and transcripts, are processed and stored by Tavus, a third-party service. Transcripts are also sent to Anthropic for automated scoring against the relevant rubric. The privacy policies and terms of service of each provider apply to that data.
• Authentication is handled via Google OAuth. Google's privacy policy and terms of service apply to your login data.
• We retain your session metadata (timestamps, question history) to provide interview history and personalised question selection.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. No Warranty

WhiteCoat Prep is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or available at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WhiteCoat Prep and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to use) this platform, including reliance on any content generated by the AI system.
